Dallas and Lee turn their attention to two lesser discussed A24 films, Slice and The Children Act.
Slice is set in a spooky small town, where a slew of pizza delivery boys are slain on the job, two daring survivors set out to catch the culprits behind the cryptic crime spree. British movie The Children Act takes place in the midst of a marital crisis, when a High Court judge must decide if she should order a life-saving blood transfusion for a teen with cancer despite his family’s refusal to accept medical treatment for religious reasons. In A24 Hour News we discuss how the Coronavirus is effecting A24's upcoming slate and we preview next weeks interview with Barely Lethal director Kyle Newman.
