Lee sits down with writer/director Trey Edward Shults to discuss his critically acclaimed 3rd feature film with A24, Waves.
Waves traces the journey of a suburban family - led by a well-intentioned but domineering father - as they navigate love, forgiveness, and coming together in the aftermath of a loss. Lee is also joined by the cast that make up the family at the heart of this drama for a spoiler filled discussion , Sterling K. Brown, Kelvin Harrison Jr., Renée Elise Goldsberry and Taylor Russell. We also have a bonus extract from a previous interview with Krisha Fairchild who makes a cameo appearance in Waves. Waves is in UK cinemas from January 17th is available on digital download from January 21st in the United States.
