Oscar Reactions and the Spielberg/Netflix Fight

Last week we weren't able to record and discuss our Oscar reactions so we're making up for it this week. We also discuss Steven Spielberg's decision to try and implement rules that would disqualify streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime, from competing for Academy Awards in their current forms. 

Is this a symptom of an old man yelling at clouds or does he have a point in trying to protect the theater-going experience?
