001 - Host Introductions

​Welcome to Makers Method, a new podcast on The Nerd Party Network. Darren Moser and Derek Young want to open up their process as they tackle project issues, discouragement, and triumph. They hope to encourage other makers on their project journey. Derek of VanOaks Props is an active part of the Halloween/Horror prop and decoration community. His YouTube channel showcases build techniques, 3D printing, and sculpture work. Darren aka Dr.Sci-Fi has built his own Star Wars droids out of EVA foam and designs puppets, themed wall decorations, and laser-cut maps in his growing YouTube channel. Occasionally their maker friends will join in the discussion to share their own makers method.
